SUMMARY:
In the university of Portsmouth (UK), it has been dicovered that dogs change their facial expressions trying to communicate with people. Previosly people thought that this expressions where just a reflection of the dogs emotions but now, some experiments with orangutans have demostred another thing. Until now this capacity has been never seen in any other species.

ANALYSIS COMMENT:
This article explains how the University of Porstmouth have discovered that dogs try to interactuate or communicate with people using their facial expressions. This shows they have a comunicative intention.  The way they ears go up or how they turn a litle their head are all communicative signs.
This discovery is thaks to an experiment in wich 24 dogs have been filmed interacting with their owners with diferent types of stimulies.

The article highlights two expresions, the gesture of raising the frown up and the gesture of getting the tongue of. Specially the raising the frown up is very important because when dogs do this their are bigger and this make us think their are sad and pay them more atention.

In one hand this dscovery may be really important, because it shows dogs really have intentions to communicate with us and one day in the future this might help others at knowing how dog's brain works and how their behaviour change in many diferent situations.

On the other hand this discovery may simply mean that they are just paying atention to us. We can't know if this is really their intentions if we just have their external gestures.

In my opinion, dogs really try to communicate with us, sometimes they understand us and their make us know their intentions so I really think they communicate with us in this no verbal way.
