WE ALREADY KNOW WHY MAMMOTHS WERE GIANT. 

SUMMARY: 
During the Ice Age, the land of Europe were more hostile than nowadays. in this part of the history, in some zone form Europe it only grew grass. In spite of these bad conditions, this tage was very good for big aimals like mammoths, giant horses and rhinoceroses. 
according to a research carried out in France, herbivores needed to be this big to adapt to the enviromental conditions.  they said mammoths and other big herbivores perpetuate the hard environmental conditions because of the steppe.

Steppe: an extensive plain, especially one without trees.
Giant horses: type of horse that looked like this during the ice age. 

Heerbivore: an herbivorous animal. adjective that refears to thoose animals who feed of plants and vgetables. 


Analysis comment: 

This article explains why during the ice age  era in Europe exist very big herbivore mamifers. It's hard to undernstand because during that era there werwn`t any big plants to feed thoose big animals. If we think "logically" we coulg sopuse that tiniest animals were going to bbe ones that would survive but, against this the bigger ones where the ones who survived. 

This artile defends that during all this time we have been ignorating woh this big mammifers are. it defends too that buecause of the fault from humans, everyday we are treating worst and worst this animal arriving to the point that we are letting them in danger of extincion. 

In my opinion and to conclude  the  analysis i wouldlike to say that, althought this dicorvery is very important, humans treat so bad big animals, especially in Europe and America. This has to change immediately if we want to contiue havinf thiss animals in our world.
