It explains too that the microscopy methods existing up to now to investigate the living brain tissue were limited to visualize only the cells previously marked by the scientists, with which, due to technical limitations, not all the cells of a determined brain region could be labeled by the researchers.
On the one hand, now, with the new microscopy technique, scientists can "tag" in a pass the tiny space, full of liquid, that surrounds the brain cells, and so that will avoid having to individually mark all the cells in the area to be analyzed.
On the other hand, this new technique is "revolutionary" because it allows to visualize "simultaneously" all the cells in a certain region of the living brain tissue.
To conclude, this article is a succes for the neuroscience because that will allow to improve the knowledge of the brain and it will allow neuroscientists to see all the cells in the study area that they place under the lens of the microscope, as well as their interactions, which will make it possible to advance in the knowledge of brain functions, "such in the healthy organ as when it becomes ill".

This article is very interesting! I think it's a very important issue and you have explained it perfectly :)
