ANALYSIS COMMENT:

This article explains how a Chilean farmer discovered the faboluos propieties of Topinambur, the article deepen in how scientifics have been helping economically the discoverer, this means, it's possible to her to continue investigating about the propieties. A part from that, it explains how this plant has moved around the world in the last centuries.

On the one hand this is a very important succes because this tuber can help a lot of people. The propieties this plant has are very interesting because in only one plant we have a lot of diferent remedies for many diferent diseases. Like Rosella Ponce ( the discoverer ) says: a part of helping people this is a natural remedie, it means it is not very indicted and it doesn't taste bad.

On the other hand, this tuber is planted in very bad conditions. The seeds of this tuber are in good conditions for only 5 months. This makes Rosella have to process the tuber to obtain it in dust ans in flakes forms, without changing the propieties.

To conclude we can say that in some years we may have a lot of new medicines to fight a lot of diseases that nowadays don't hve a solution.
